In 2001 Kevin Leonard was the President and founder of New World Mortgage, Inc. From 2001 until 2008 New World processed $5 billion in residential and commercial mortgage loans. Mr. Leonard built New World into a national firm with representatives and staff in 39 states. Prior to New World, Kevin Leonard was the West Coast Regional Manager of Southern Star Mortgage Corp, a company engaged in the originations of residential mortgages where he oversaw operations and a sales team of loan officers from 1999 to 2001. Prior to Kevin Leonard's employment with Southern Star Mortgage, he was the number one sales representative in the country for Ameriquest Mortgage.
